We prefer uploading/downloading from Filequest.net, so if it is convenient for you, please upload your media files here. Anywhere else is fine too, except for Rapidshare. If you have a Megaupload/Sendspace/Badongo/etc. Premium Account (meaning your files will never be deleted), please do upload them in the premium account so we can just post your links instead of downloading and reuploading them again.
