1. Download Problems:
1. When I try to download from megaupload/sendspace/badongo/etc,
it says:-no slots left
Megaupload/Sendspace/etc. have limited download slots available for each country.
Keep refreshing the page until there is a slot for you.
-download limit exceeded
Some file hosts limits the amount of files you can download per hour/day per IP (internet protocol)/proxy. If you are on a proxy, it means someone may have downloaded some files too, and together with yours, it exceeds the total limit allowed.
Wait for a while (or wait for the time specified) and refresh the page.
-you are already downloading a file (when you are not)
If you are on a proxy, someone may be downloading a file.
Wait for a while and try downloading again.
The above problems can be solved by downloading Rapget or USDownloader by using mulitple proxies. However, we do not provide help of any kind for these programs since we don’t use them.
2. Opening Files
How do I open .001/.002 files?
.001/.002 files are split by HJSplit. To join files split by HJSplit, download all parts of the file and join using HJSplit. Sometimes certain computers may rename the files with an extra .avi behind (eg. file.avi.001.avi). Remove the extra .avi to open the file (eg. file.avi.001).
How do I open .rar files?
.rar files are split by Winrar. Install Winrar, download all parts of the file and open the 1st part. The rest will be opened automatically.
3. Subtitle Help
What is the difference between hardsubbed and softsubbed files?
Hardsubbed files come with subtitles already embedded in them while softsubbed files are basically just raw/basic files without any subtitles and require you to download an external subtitle file. You can turn on/off the subtitles in softsubbed files whereas the subtitles will always appear in a hardsubbed file.
There are no subtitles when the movie is played.
If there are no subtitles when the movie is played, you need to download the subtitles and load it.
How do I load subtitles?
To load subtitles, install VobSub. Ensure that your movie file and the subtitle file has the same name, eg. fileabc.avi and fileabc.srt (or fileabc.sub).
What if the subtitles are not in sync (faster/slower) with the video?
There is a few hotkeys you can press to sync the subs in BSPlayer and VLC Player. View the user manual for the respective players for the keys to press.
